Calling
all 2ET and 3ET Wee Care Gowns!
If you are an Extra Extra
Tiny or an Extra, Extra, Extra Tiny gown and have been patiently waiting for
your smocker to finish you – take heart! There is motivation for her smocking
in this urgent message. We have recently filled a hospital order and have sent
almost all of our gowns to our littlest angels. So.o.o.o.o we need to quickly
replenish our supply of our tiniest gowns. (Our larger gowns would love some
company also!) Please let your smocker know that she can either leave you at
Lace Cottage or bring you to our next MASG meeting. It will be such fun to join
your other 2ET and 3ET gown “friends” again! Thank you so much!
VaP (Vivian and Phyllis) Vibes
Greetings, Ladies!
I love this time of year, (not because it is 100+ degrees
outside) but because there is excitement in the air for ‘Back to School’. Everyone
from a child ready to begin kindergarten, high school, college, or even us
moms! We get new backpacks, clothes,
books, computers, and school supplies. We are busy getting ready for soccer,
football and college game days! There is
always something you can sew, embroider, or smock to make them feel special
from sweet dresses with school-themed and sports-themed smocking, pillows, to a
nap-mat. I have always loved seeing how
excited the children are to meet their teachers and get back to seeing their school
friends.
We are busy at Lace Cottage this month getting with new
fabrics and classes with the new Children’s Corner patterns, embroidery,
smocking, crochet and sewing. There are
even new smocking plates to try out. As
always, Sit & Smock is on Thursday evenings. It is a great time to work on some back to
school items or Wee Care gowns. Please
come join us for the fun.
Thank you Susan for reminding us about our Wee Care gowns
and thanks to Regina and Jane for organizing us and keeping us on track!
See you Tuesday!

Program: Regina Sanford and Jane Soffos
