monthly meeting will be Tuesday,
June 12 at 7:00 pm., All are welcome! Please join us! Bring a
friend! We will meet at (Holiday Ham) for dinner at 5:30.
Please bring any Wee Care gowns – finished or unfinished –
to our meeting, or drop them off at Lace Cottage. Thanks!

Almost
summer!
Now
that we are finally here – I think “where has the year gone already?!” It’s already time for cookouts, vacations,
pool days and just slowing down a bit. I
am busy making summer shorts and bubbles for the boys this summer. I love seersucker!
Kids
Sewing Camp started this week at Lace Cottage.
There are several camps running all month. I hope the girls begin a great journey for
the love of sewing! Any other ideas for
camps are always welcome.
I am
headed to the beach with girlfriends from grade school and high school – just a
quick trip but I will not be at the meeting Tuesday. I am still working on the pillowcase – and
always taking a few Wee Care gowns with me.

Workday– 4th Tuesday of Each Month from January – October.
Mark your
calendar for our next Wee Care Workday will be the 4th Tuesday in June 26, 2018 at Lord of Life Lutheran Church (Poplar Pike). Please make plans to come for all or part of the day - it
would be a great help. We really need folks to bring sewing
machines to sew the outfits that have been cut and pinned.
